Supporting our Local Park

The McConnellsburg recreation park is run by the local chapter of the Lions Club.  They have an annual dinner and auction to raise the funds to support it.  It’s the only fundraising they do for the park.  Antietam Iron Works has made yearly donations to the auction.  This year we donated a hand forged camp tripod with hand forged chain.  It was finished with a nontoxic raw linseed oil and it lays flat for easy hanging storage.  We were pleased that it sold for $400.oo to the support of a great cause.
